Why is My Transaction Pending or Failed?

Cross-chain swaps and fiat purchases rely on external networks and third-party providers, which can take additional time to settle. Check the Activity tab for the current status and estimated completion time.


Failed


Transactions may fail for several reasons:


  • Insufficient gas fees to cover the network cost.
  • Network congestion causing a timeout.
  • Provider-side issues for fiat ramp transactions.
  • If a fiat purchase fails, check for any in-app notifications regarding KYC verification or payment method issues.


If your transaction has failed and the issue is not resolved within 30 minutes, use the Chat with us button at the bottom of this page and share your transaction ID from the Activity tab. Our chat assistant will help you investigate.
