Getting Help in SecondFi

SecondFi's Knowledge Base is the fastest way to find answers. Most questions about wallet setup, sending, swapping, staking, and the SecondFi Card are covered in the articles available here at kb.secondfi.io.

Step 1 — Search the Knowledge Base

Use the search bar at the top of this page to find articles by keyword. Try searching for the feature or error message you are seeing.

Step 2 — Browse by Category

If you are not sure what to search for, browse the categories on the main page to find the section most relevant to your question.

Step 3 — Use the Chat Assistant
