How to Submit a Support Ticket

How to Submit a Support Ticket

If you need help with your SecondFi account and cannot find an answer in our Help Centre, you can submit a support ticket directly through our support portal. Our team will review your request and follow up by email.

Step 1: Go to the Support Portal

Open your browser and navigate to support.secondfi.io.

Step 2: Sign In

Enter your email address and tap Send verification code.

A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email address. Check your inbox and enter the code when prompted, then tap Verify code.

Step 3: Open a New Ticket

Once signed in, you will see the SecondFi Ticket Center, which displays all your previous tickets and their status.

Tap + Open New Ticket in the top right corner.

Step 4: Fill In the Ticket Form

You will be taken to the Open a new support ticket form.

Complete the following fields:

  • Subject — Enter a short, clear description of your issue (e.g., "Unable to complete a swap" or "My balance is not displaying correctly").
  • Message — Describe your issue in as much detail as possible. Include any relevant information such as the transaction ID, the token or network involved, and the steps you took before the issue occurred. Your message must be at least 20 characters.
  • Attach a file (optional) — If you have a screenshot or any other file that helps illustrate the issue, you can attach it here.

Step 5: Submit Your Ticket

Once you have filled in all the required fields, tap Submit New Ticket.

You will receive a confirmation and your ticket will appear in the Ticket Center with an Open status. Our support team will review your request and reply to you by email.

Checking Your Ticket Status

You can return to support.secondfi.io at any time to check the status of your ticket. Tickets are listed as either Open (awaiting a response or in progress) or Closed (resolved).

Important Reminders

  • SecondFi support will only ever contact you through the official support portal at support.secondfi.io or by email.
  • SecondFi team members will never ask for your recovery phrase or request that you transfer funds.
  • If you receive an unsolicited message claiming to be from SecondFi support, do not respond to it.
