What to Do If You Forget Your PIN or Password

SecondFi is a self-custodial wallet, which means we cannot reset your PIN or encryption password on your behalf.

On the lock screen, tap the Forgot PIN link.
This will initiate a destructive reset, permanently wiping the wallet data from your device.
You must then restore your wallet using your 24-word recovery phrase.

Warning: Without your recovery phrase, a device reset will result in permanent loss of access to your funds.
