How to Apply and Activate Your Card

Navigate to the Card tab in the app.
Follow the onboarding flow, which includes an initial deposit to authorise the account.
Complete the required KYC (Know Your Customer) process provided by Wirex.
Once approved, your virtual card will be activated and ready to use, including adding it to Apple Pay or Google Pay.

KYC is managed by Wirex, our card issuing partner. If your application is unsuccessful, you will receive guidance within the app on the reason and next steps. For KYC-related queries, visit the Wirex Help Centre directly.
