1. Getting Started — Onboarding

When you first open SecondFi, you are guided through a short onboarding flow designed to get you up and running quickly. SecondFi is a user-controlled neobank that bridges the gap between traditional finance and the crypto ecosystem, offering self-custody wallets, a virtual Visa card, staking, swaps, and more.

The onboarding flow covers the following steps:

•       Welcome screen: An introduction to SecondFi and its key value proposition as a multi-chain self-custody wallet.

•       Wallet setup: You can choose to create a new wallet, restore an existing one, connect a hardware wallet, or sign in with a social account (Google, Apple, X, or email).

•       Security setup: You will be prompted to set a password and, optionally, enable biometric authentication (Face ID or Touch ID) for faster, secure access.

•       Terms & Conditions: You must accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before proceeding.

Once onboarding is complete, you land on the SecondFi home screen with your wallet ready to use. The onboarding flow is designed to be as quick as possible — new users can be up and running in minutes.
