# Getting Help in SecondFi

SecondFi's Knowledge Base is the fastest way to find answers. Most questions are covered in the articles available here at [kb.secondfi.io](https://kb.secondfi.io).

**Step 1 — Search the Knowledge Base**

Use the search bar at the top of this page to find articles by keyword. Try searching for the feature or error message you are seeing.

**Step 2 — Browse by Category**

If you are not sure what to search for, browse the categories on the main page to find the section most relevant to your question.

**Step 3 — Use the Chat Assistant**

If you cannot find the answer you need, our chat assistant is available on every page. Tap the **Chat with us** button at the bottom right of any article to start a conversation. The assistant can answer questions, guide you through common issues, and escalate to a human agent if needed.
